Uplifting at-risk juveniles and their Families

Juvenile Uplifting Mentoring Program

JUMP utilizes a variety of evidence-based programs to equip mentors in effectively supporting at-risk juveniles and their families. These youth may be considered at risk due to exposure to factors such as poverty, trauma, unstable housing, limited educational support, parental incarceration, substance abuse in the home, or previous contact with the juvenile justice system.

Through the Community-Based Operated Resource Program (CORP), JUMP connects these young individuals and their families to critical community-based resources, mentorship, and supportive services. This program is designed to prevent further system involvement by addressing the root causes of risk and helping families build stability, resilience, and positive support networks.

OUR INTRODUCTION

Committed to Earning and Honoring Your Trust

Juvenile Uplifting Mentoring Program (JUMP) is dedicated to creating brighter futures for at-risk youth and their families. Our mission is to empower young people who face significant challenges—such as trauma, poverty, family instability, academic struggles, or prior justice system involvement—by providing the tools and support needed for long-term success.

Through our Community-Based Operated Resource Program (CORP), we offer evidence-based mentoring and wraparound family support services. JUMP helps youth build resilience, avoid future system involvement, and thrive as engaged, productive members of their communities.

At JUMP, we believe in the power of second chances and the potential within every young person. We recognize that circumstances—not character—often shape choices, and we’re here to walk alongside youth and families as they rewrite their stories.

Uplifting New and Pregnant Women with SUD and MAT needs

We will offer a series of support groups and activities to help women who have substance use disorders stay clean throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding stages by educating, encouraging, and providing classes to teach skills and prepare them for motherhood in spite of addiction. Community referral services are available for Medically Assisted Treatment Services through Pennsylvania’s Clean Slate Program.
We will work directly with Rebecca Leese, RN, a registered nurse at Unity Lactation & Collaborative, to offer these women a safe place to gather and receive support without judgment or bias. By donating, you are directly contributing to the well-being of mothers in recovery and their future children.
